An important element which commonly misses on many websites is interactiveness. A website which is not interactive enough can be a wall. It gives information but doesnot capture the user intent effectively.

We used the keep it simple strategy as we call it. We provided simple to understand information Liquor mart’s products, the information highlighted aligned with the business strategy and goals. Interactive elements such as CTA’s and contact information is provided for user interaction. Clever placement of CTA’s means everything when it comes to making websites interactive.

We also optimized the webpage keywords as we saw potential for the business to attract more traffic.

Implementing the strategy.

High bounce rate is caused by various factors, following factors were identified after carefully studying the analytics.

Click-to-Action

  • CTA buttons were included in the page at the right spots. CTAs were categorized into lighter and heavy, based on the response they are seeking from the customer. After carefull analysis we have identified which CTAs to include in the begining vs at the end of the page.

Content optimization

  • Content on several webpages was updated to match the keywords and google advertisement content. The objective is to maintain a uniform communication of the preschool programs.
  • Re-ordered the text and images. This task is basically to prioritize the content which needs to be shown to the customer.
  • Improved appearance of the pages by selecting suitable fonts, page designs and colors.
